If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.   Some items that are custom orders are not returnable or able to be cancelled one ordered.

 

Holiday Gift return policy is as follows. Customers are always liable for all shipping outbound and returning back to our facility.  If you are concerned about if your item or items you are purchasing can be returned please ask us prior to purchase.  Not every item comes out of our warehouse.  Some may be direct shipped from other fulfilment sources.  Most of the time those items are not returnable to us or them.  We want to work with our customers to make their experience the best that ot can be so we will always do our best to make you happy as long as it is within reason.  Restocking fees from our shipped items are sometimes waved when a store credit is issued and a different item is then purchased.  Always check prior to ordering so there aren't any suprises later.  Happy Holidays and thank you for your interest in our store!

 

If for some reason you ordered during a free shipping promotion you will still be reliable for all shipping charges outbound and inbound.  If you attempt to cancel an order after it is shipped there is no way to stop it and you will still be responsible for the shipping to you even though the shipping may have fallen in our no charge to you promotion. There was still a cost of shipping and we obviously can not pay for shipping unless there is a purchase taking place.  You must accept it and then ship it back and wait for a refund less our standard 20% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges that may inccur.
